- Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
Procedure
- In a mixing bowl, pour 500 grams of waffle premix and mix with 500 mL chilled water.
- Beat mixture until smooth and even consistency is achieved.
- Rest mixture for 5 minutes.
- Set the waffle maker machine in 150 temperature and wait until desired heat is attained.
- Grease the dough molder with oil using brush and pour in the mixture.
- Add on your desired filling.
- Fill the dough molder until the filling is fully covered and desired shape of waffle is reached.
- Serve when ready.
