- Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
Procedure
- In a mixing bowl, pour 500 grams of hotcake premix and mix with 500 mL chilled water.
- Beat until batter mix texture is smooth and even.
- Rest mixture for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture in desired shape onto a pre-heated greased pan.
- Wait for the bubbles to appear on top before flipping to cook the other side.
- Serve when ready.
