Storage Condition
- Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350oF (180oC).
- Grease two 8-in x 2-in round baking pans.
- Sift 1 pack (500g) of Miguelitos Instant Chocolate Moist Cake Premix into mixer bowl.
- Add 2 medium eggs, 1 cup water, and ½ cup vegetable oil.
- Mix until there are no visible lumps and pour mixture into prepared pans.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean.
- Cool cakes completely before unmolding.
