Storage Condition

Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.

Procedure

Prepare the steamer and bring water to boil.
Line and grease cup molder.
Dissolve 1 pack of Miguelitos Instant Pichi-Pichi Premix in 2 ½ cups of water and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
Pour in individual cup molders and place in a steamer.
Steam the mixture for 35 - 40 minutesor until color turns translucent.
Allow the steamed Pichi-Pichi to cool down for at least 30- 40minutes, then cool for 30 minutes before removing from the molder.
Roll each piece over grated coconut or cheese.
Place in a serving plate then serve.
