- Miguelitos Instant Ube Puto Premix is a rounded steamed rice cakes which is a very popular filipino snack. It is made of rice flour mixed with coconut milk, and sugar. It is very easy to make because it is only cooked through a steaming method. You may also top it with cheese to make it more delicious!

- Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
Procedure
- For every pack of Miguelitos Instant Ube Puto Premix, prepare: ½ cup and 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil, 1 cup and 4 tablespoons of white sugar, and 2 ½ cups of water.
- Mix all dry and wet ingredients, until mixture becomes smooth.
- Line and grease molders in steamer.
- Pour mixture into molders and add desired toppings.
- Steam in boiling water for 10-25 minutes (depending on molder size).
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the molder.
- Serve and enjoy.
