- Miguelitos Nilupak Premix is a class of traditional Filipino delicacies made from mashed or pounded starchy foods mixed with coconut milk and sugar. They are molded into various shapes and traditionally served on banana leaves with toppings of grated young coconut, various nuts, cheese, butter, or margarine.

- Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
Procedure
- Brush sides and bottom of a baking dish with softened butter or margarine and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, dissolve 1 pack of Miguelitos Instant Nilupak Premix in 1 Liter of water.
- Add ½ cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of margarine. Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
- In a medium heat, bring the mixture to simmer while stirring continuously until it thickens, enough to cling to the back of the spoon and pulls slightly from the side of the pan.
- Remove from fire and immediately transfer to prepared baking dish, then spread evenly using a spatula. Run the tines of a fork on the surface to make decorative lines, if desired.
- Spread softened butter on top, if desired. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese and cut into servings.
- Serve and enjoy!
