Where does your online store deliver?

Sari Mall offers door-to-door delivery service to our partner retailers and customers. All right thru your doorstep!


 

For Door-to-Door Deliveries: Do I have to be present to sign for it?

Yes. For security purposes, all deliveries require signature from either the Sari Store Partner or the Customer whose name appears on the invoice. This is to confirm that the item/s delivered is in good condition, sealed and packed properly and the item/s you received is same with the one you ordered.

 

  • For deliveries thru Sari Mall Partner:
    1. Signature to the Delivery Receipt.
    2. If the Sari Mall Partner is not around during the delivery, he/she can authorize a representative.
      • Document/s needed:

        1. Duly signed authorization letter
        2. Photocopy of 1 valid ID with 3 specimen signatures of both the Sari Mall Partner and the authorized representative.

  • For deliveries straight to the Customer’s doorstep:
    1. Signature to the Delivery Receipt.
    2. If the Customer is not around during the delivery, he/she can authorize a representative.


      • Document/s needed:

        1. Duly signed authorization letter
        2. Photocopy of 1 valid ID with 3 specimen signatures of both the Sari Mall Partner and the authorized representative.

 

How much is the Shipping Fee?

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed upon placing your order.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

  • E-wallet Payment: PayMaya, GCash, GrabPay and others
  • Credit Card Payment: Visa and Mastercard
  • Financing Companies/Installments: Billease
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Banking: Dragon Pay
  • All Dragon Pay accredited centers

Warranty and Repairs

The Mobile Phone, Appliances and Motorcycle brands warrants ComWorks, Inc. that the products are free from defects in both the material and workmanship under normal use and services commencing upon the date of purchase continuing to the specified warranty period.


Warranty will not be considered valid unless the Sales Invoice and/or Delivery Receipt, Warranty card and the physical unit is presented to any of the accredited service centers.

The item I ordered is damaged, what should I do?

If the item you ordered arrived damaged, the customer shall contact our customer support team within twenty-four hours (24H) at


customerservice@sarimall.ph

 and ready all the documents e.g., Sales invoice, Delivery Receipt.


 

Can I send my order to a Different Address as a gift?

Yes. You can have the product/s delivered to a different address by just simply selecting the “Ship to Different Address” Option prior check-out. However, this scheme applies per unit ordered.


 

Not sure about your item and want to think about it some more?

No problem, we’ve got you! All you need to do is to save the items you want for comparison in your shopping cart, and you can always check on them if you are already ready to check-out. However, saving an item in your shopping cart doesn’t mean that the item has been reserved. Your cart will also be cleared out once you logged out you account.
